Allens Point Cemetery
Allen's Point was named for Wilson Bruce Allen. Located at the crossroads of Hwy 100 and CR 2770 North of Honey Grove, it is a beautiful and well kept cemetery. The Texas Historical Commission estimates approximately 450 burials here with the earliest in the 1880s. This is still and active cemetery with burials ongoing.
A new inventory and photographing of tombstones in this cemetery has begun...Summer and Fall 2008. Stay tuned.
