Mack Daniels
- Apr 1897
An obituary in the Honey Grove Signal 23 Apr 1897 reads: "Mack Daniels, the boy who was found in the sand house at the T & P railroad at Bonham a few days ago, suffering from an attack of typhoid fever and who was taken to the county home for treatment, died at that place Saturday afternoon, without regaining complete consciousness. His home is supposed to be in the territory."
We don't know for certain that he is buried at the County Home Cemetery but it is highly likely. The body of a person dying from typhoid would not have been shipped home but likely buried as quickly as possible.
